Opened presents after lunch; then Jess and I went to a performance of the Pacific Chamber Orchestra at the Bankhead Theater. Picked up the girls from home and off to dinner. Would have been the Cheesecake Factory, but they had an hour wait so it was California Pizza Kitchen instead. Back home for cheesecake. I still haven’t gotten the caramel topping to come out quite right. It was looking really good, but then slowly flowed off the edges. I suspect it’s absorbing water from cake causing it to become runnier.
