A year and half later and I've finally finished painting the second character from Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. I only been working on it slowly doing a little here and there while painting other things. I didn't keep track of the time, but it was probably 12-15 hours overall.
I've been working on painting this figure from the "Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion" game a little at a time for several weeks now. The figure is 1.5 inches tall, so the detail work is pretty tough. This took about 13 hours worth of time. It looks somewhat less impressive in blown-up, high-detail photographs; so just zoom out and imagine it being quite small so the errors in detail are less noticeable.
Overall I'm happy with how it came out.
There are 4 characters in the game, so three more to go. This may be the most detailed one, but I painted it first because it's the character I'm playing.
At church we've been doing an annual game night. I put together a bunch of game helpers for each of my games that are really handy to have when introducing new players to the games. They provide information on how each turn should flow and what decisions need to be made.
So I thought I'd stick them here for anyone else that might want them. The page numbers refer to the game manuals--where that instruction is referenced if you need further guidance. Each file is available as a ready-to-print PDF and as an Open Document (ODT) file.
